Edit your profile
Click on the tab called "My Account" and add your name, a picture and any contact info so people you share with might want to know. Edit your profile
Create a new folder
Just click the "New..." button above, select "New Folder" and enter a name (like "Project Files," "Marketing Materials" or "Business Documents").
Tip: Folders allow you to organize files, manage projects and collaborate securely. You can invite a different group of users to collaborate in each folder.
Upload and share files
Just click the "Upload" button above to select files from your desktop to upload.
Then click "share" on a file to create a private link that can be shared with anyone you send it to.
Tip: If your browser supports HTML5 (like Firefox 3.6+ and Google Chrome) you can drag and drop files from your desktop onto the browser window.
Invite collaborators
Click share on any folder and enter email addresses in the Add collaborators field. They will be able to access, comment on, share and update all the files in that folder.
Tip: Set different access levels to control what collaborators can access, see and do.
Leave a comment
Ignite interaction and engage with other collaborators. Just click on the comment icon next to any file and get the conversation started.
Tip: When you make a comment, each collaborator in the surrounding folder gets an email so they can respond.
Add an application
Click "Apps" in the header and then "Add App" on the application you want to add.
Now find a file and click the actions dropdown to use the app. You're good to go.
Tip: Use applications to connect your files to your iPhone, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoho and more! It's file-sharing heaven.

Box Sync for windows allows you to easiliy sync desktop files with Box, Just download Box Sync and install it.
